Diagnosis with the Organization Alignment Review.

An Organization Alignment Review is a logical first step to diagnosing the gap that may exist between your strategy and results.  During this 2- 4 week effort, we apply a number of analytical instruments to test the alignment of both management practices and leadership behaviors at all levels of an organization.  At the end of the OA Review, we provide a diagnosis of where the breakdowns are occurring in both the Management and Leadership disciplines, along with recommendations for addressing the gaps.
