Longitudinal LearningTM programs integrate the 3 key components of classroom training, ongoing learning interventions, and outcome measurement to ensure delivery of clear business benefit. Programs typically begin with a classroom session which emphasizes using problem solving activities based on live business scenarios. This experiential approach helps improve comprehension, as well as the likelihood that new concepts will be applied in the workplace. Following the classroom component, we utilize a variety of methods, including Action Learning Teams, Coaching, Touchpoint Networks, and Learning Bulletins to reinforce new concepts in an ongoing fashion, and ensure the changes "sink in." During this ongoing component, we measure the impact the program is having on the stated business objectives, and make mid-course corrections, as needed, to deliver results. |
